Advancing the Environmental Security Knowledge.

PAES joined the Foundation for Environmental Security and Sustainability (FESS) in the design and teaching of Environmental Security Assessment (ESA) - a 3 credit hours graduate studies course- at the University for Peace, San Jose, Costa Rica.
